Where Do We Need Properties?

We're Looking for Properties in the Following Areas

Our federal colleges and institutions are located across the capital; however the majority are located in Central London within travel zones 1 and 2. A recent student housing survey carried out by the ULHS team confirmed that students want housing within a 30 minute door-to-door commute of their campus. We are therefore looking for properties within zones 1 and 2 within easy reach of our participating institutions. Details of the colleges we currently work with are below:

SOAS – Russell Square (WC1) & Vernon Square (WC1)

Goldsmith's - New Cross (SE14)

London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine – Keppel Street (WC1)

Royal Academy of Music – Marylebone Road (NW1)

London Contemporary Dance School - The Place, Flaxman Terrace (WC1)

City, University of London - Northampton Square (EC1)

We are looking for good quality properties which can accommodate at least 2 students with a preference for properties between 3 and 6 bedrooms. Our tenancies need to commence within September each year in order to align with the university academic year.
