Where Do We Need Properties?

We're Looking for Properties in the Following Areas

Our federal colleges and institutions are located across the capital; however the majority are located in Central London within travel zones 1 and 2. A recent student housing survey carried out by the ULHS team confirmed that students want housing within a 30 minute door-to-door commute of their campus. We are therefore looking for properties within zones 1 and 2 within easy reach of our participating institutions. Details of the colleges we currently work with are below:

Kings College London – Campuses at The Strand (WC2), Guy’s (SE1), Waterloo (SE1), Denmark Hill (SE5) & St. Thomas’ (SE1)

School of Oriental and African Studies – Campuses at Russell Square (WC1) & Vernon Square (WC1)

Goldsmith's - Campus in New Cross (SE14)

London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine – Campus on Keppel Street (WC1)

Royal Academy of Music – Campus on Marylebone Road (NW1)
