  • Properties are available to groups, as well as rooms being offered on an individual basis.
  • You can secure a room from overseas.
  • The University of London will act as your landlord.
  • Contents insurance is included as standard.
  • If your college operates a guarantor scheme you'll be provided with the details you need to apply. If you college doesn't, please be aware that you will be asked to provide details of a personal guarantor for your tenancy (they do not need to be UK based).
